ADMISSIONS
We are delighted that you are ready to take the next step on your creative journey and would like to join us at .CSVPA. Below you will find advice on submitting your application.
For your application to be successful, you will need to satisfy the requirements of your chosen course. Requirements are detailed on the individual course pages on our website. You will need to provide academic documents and a portfolio or audition and may need to provide a personal statement and/or attend an interview. International students will additionally require satisfactory evidence of their English language ability.
International and EU students applying to study in the UK on a full-time course (longer than 6 months) will normally need to apply for a Student Route visa. Once you have completed the admissions process you will receive the documents needed for your visa application. We have dedicated information about student visas on our website . Please contact us if you have any questions.
APPLICATION
There are different ways to apply, depending on your status and the course level. Check your chosen course page to see which documents you’ll need to submit. These usually include academic reports and qualifications, portfolio or audition and a personal statement. If you have any questions or technical issues, please contact our admissions team by emailing [email protected].
UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, is an independent charity, and the UK’s shared admissions service for higher education. Some of our course require students to apply through UCAS.

Please note: all offers must become unconditional before you can join us.
ACCEPTANCE AND ENROLMENT
Accepting an Offer: Please accept your offer by the deadline given via the Admissions Team. Please note that if you applied through UCAS, you should accept your offer through UCAS.

For international students, once you have accepted an unconditional offer and paid the required deposit we will generate the Final acceptance letter, i.e. Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number for your visa application or Confirmation of Enrolment letter (COE). Applicants will be contacted with information about the arrangements for their enrolment and induction before the start of the course.

UCAS CLEARING & LATE APPLICATIONS
CLEARING FOR SEPTEMBER 2025 IS OPEN
What is Clearing?
Students can apply to all courses at ɫɫÀ² through Clearing or through a late application. Clearing is an opportunity for students to acquire a place at ɫɫÀ², particularly if they:
- have their results and, for international students, their English language test results
- receive unexpected results – either because they didn’t meet the conditions of their offer or they did better than expected
- do not hold an offer from a UK university
- are rethinking their choices, what they want to study or where they want to study
- are applying after the UCAS deadline
- Explore the list of courses offered at ɫɫÀ²
- Select the course you would like to enrol on
- For students applying to one of our Level 3 Extended Diploma courses or Postgraduate courses you should complete an application form. Students applying to our Level 4 Foundation, Undergraduate or Postgraduate courses should apply through . International students should follow the same process however, they can also apply for Undergraduate courses through our application form too.
- Once we receive your application, we will process it and verify your qualifications and English language level (if applicable). If we can make you an offer, we’ll send you correspondence with the formal offer.
We understand that navigating the Clearing process or submitting a late application can be stressful. If you have any questions, our Admissions Team are on hand to guide you through the steps you need to take to submit your application to .CSVPA.
You can email the Admissions Team via [email protected] or call them on +44 (0) 1223 341300.
